Diffuser Muscle Recovery Blend

One of my favourite things to do after a big workout is to relax and unwind with aromatherapy. I find the scents very relaxing and the more that I play around with the different oils they can alter my mood and the way I feel. They have been part of my holistic tool kit for many years.

Here is one of my favourite muscle recovery blends that I put in a diffuser:

  • 3 drops lavender

  • 2 drops eucalyptus

  • Fill diffuser with water to waterline

Lavender is very calming for the mind and muscles.

Eucalyptus oil is known to reduce inflammation and pain, which is good for muscle recovery.
