DIY Peppermint Breath Spray

Easy Do-it-yourself breath spray just spray inside your mouth with the breath spray when you want to freshen breath. It's a great alternative to gum, your digestion system will thank you! Use a dropper to extract the oil from the bottle and transfer to the spray container.

What do I need?

Small spray container

2-5 drops of peppermint depending on desired taste/ strength

Fill spray container with filtered water

WHY?

It's fresh smelling and energizing

Peppermint contains manganese - Excellent for bone building aids may reduce stress fractures, Iron - Helps produce red blood cells which transports oxygen to your muscles, Magnesium - Helps relax muscles and replenish your electrolytes
